To reserve, teams should contact Lisa Bough by phone or email BEFORE March 13, 2009 and mention the MASC Room Block to receive the special rate. Check in time is after 3:00 pm on Friday, March 27 and check out must be before noon on Saturday, March 28.

Any schools using an University Check should let Lisa know and can be accepted with the exact charges only.  Cancellations are accepted 48 hours prior to arrival, less than a 48 hour cancellation notice will result in a 100% penalty to the credit card holding the room.
